Rhodonite has similar properties to rose quartz and encourages forgiveness, self confidence, unconditional love, and provides emotional support in times of need. It also brings love and passion that is grounded and it strengthens friendships. Rhodonite is also thought to help with fertility problems and reduce physical scarring. This is a very calming stone that helps to solve conflict and bring spiritual maturity.
Opposite – Citrine
Citrine is good for reducing self-destructive tendencies and encourages feelings of self worth, courage and self-discipline. It promotes opening up and discussing thoughts and feelings with others and it can help to penetrate problems and find a solution. This is important for Taurus as stubbornness can prevent them from discussing their feelings openly. Citrine reduces extreme emotional sensitivity, dispels negative energy, calms, soothes and helps combat depression by bringing a more light-hearted feeling. It is good for entrepreneurs as it helps with completing tasks and it brings financial success through achievement without focussing on materialistic possessions. Citrine is also thought to increase psychic power. This is the primary gemstone for Scorpio.
