This is not something new and is a recognised way of receiving information. But to
enable this to take place your mind must be relaxed and able to receive the information
either to allow your hand to do the writing/typing or to mentally receive the words to be
written down.
Try keeping a pen and paper with you at all times and whenever an idea occurs to you
then write it down. You will be surprised when you look at it later. When I do this myself I
don’t usually get a choice as the words don’t easily go away if they are ignored. If you get
into this habit it seems to happen more regularly, so give it a try.
Here are some tips to get you started -
- Make sure you are in a comfortable position and will have no distractions
- Clear your mind and try to keep it free of all your own thoughts
- Relax your body especially your arms, shoulders and neck
- Don’t think about what you are writing/typing, just let it flow
- If the words appear in your mind you are tapping into your subconscious
- If the words come from an external force it may be your
- Your spirit guide may give you their name
- The words may be in a foreign language and/or include symbols
- Stop if you feel at all uncomfortable receiving the message or with its content
- Don’t worry if there are no spaces between words or bad grammar
- Try not to overdo it and exhaust yourself, so stop whenever you want
- Keep all your automatic writings, they will make sense one day
- If possible check that any information you have been given is true
- Remember that some great writing works have been produced in this way
Whatever the results, it is worth practising as much as possible and the more you do the
easier it will get. It is essential to always keep your original writings but you may want to
rewrite them at a later date to add missing spaces and correct any grammatical errors.
Mind, Body & Spirit - Automatic Writing
It is possible to connect with and receive
messages in a physical form whereby your hand is used to
write the words on the paper or type on a keyboard. Or it may
be that you feel the words composing themselves in your mind
and you have the urge to write them down.
